This entry includes the first part of the e-book "Pod perutjo vesolja" (Under the wing of the universe), an anthology of award-winning short stories, edited by Katja Klopčič Lavrenčič (COBISS.SI-ID 269254915, ISBN 978-961-7279-03-0). As many storytellers as there are, so many faces of the world, so many truths. Writing and reading stories are democracy in action, in vivo, for only through the perspective of a story do we discover how many different ways there are of seeing a spring or winter day, childhood, old age, illness, betrayal, love, sexuality, ourselves, others, family, a mother - oh, if only mothers knew what literary stars they are! - a detail from nature, a fir tree, a butterfly or even an everyday object, such as a newspaper.
