dc.description	This entry contains the first part of the audiobook "Trepete" (Trepete) by author Pino Pograjc (COBISS ID: 287132931, ISBN: 978-961-7267-13-6). Pograjc’s second poetry collection, Trepete, a companion volume—or “poetic encore”—to his debut Trgetanje, searches for poetry in the author’s own experiences through an even more distilled, prosaic, “diary-like” style. By documenting these experiences, it seeks to portray broader social conditions through the intimate perspective of various marginalized identities. The poems encompass the discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, which is also reflected in the mutual alienation within the queer community. Particularly in the second and third sections, these themes coexist with the experiences of people with mental health disorders. Through the first section of poems, devoted to the personal history of Pograjc’s grandparents, the author attempts to bridge generational differences and establish a connection with the often-unheard testimonies of older people.
