JTDH2024: Second Call for Contributions
You are cordially invited to participate in the conference Language Technologies and Digital Humanities (JTDH 2024), which will take place on 19-20 September 2024 in Ljubljana, Slovenia – we invite extended abstracts and full conference papers presenting research in various areas of language technologies and digital humanities.

JTDH 2024: Second Call for Contributions
You are cordially invited to participate in the conference on Language Technologies and Digital Humanities (JTDH 2024), which will take place on 19-20 September 2024 in Ljubljana: https://www.sdjt.si/wp/jtdh-2024/.
We invite extended abstracts and full conference papers presenting research, guidelines, good practices, projects and results in the following and related areas:
- Speech and other monolingual and multilingual language technologies,
- Digital linguistics: translation studies, corpus linguistics, lexicology and lexicography, standardisation,
- Digital humanities and historiography, ethnology, musicology, cultural heritage, arts and archaeology,
- Digital Humanities in Education and Digital Journalism.
The conference will feature a scientific panel on “Advances and perspectives in speech communication research“. Invited speakers will be Simon Dobnik, PhD and Barbara McGillivray, PhD. The programme also includes two pre-conference events:
- The last stop of the CLASSLA Express – a series of workshops where participants explore the corpora of South Slavic languages using the CLARIN.SI concordances.
- Joint meeting of CLASSLA (Knowledge Centre for South Slavic Languages) and ReLDI Centre Belgrade.

- 23. 8. 2024: submission of the final paper/abstract,
- 23. 8. 2024: deadline for registration,

- 19.9 – 20. 9. 2024: JTDH 2024 Conference.
