We are pleased to introduce the newly developed guide, Exploring Internet Language: A Step-by-Step Guide to Corpus Analysis with CLASSLA-Web.

This guide focuses on the use of CLASSLA-Web 2.0 and leads users through the process of corpus analysis using the NoSketch Engine concordancers. Through a practical case study, it demonstrates how corpus methods can be used to answer the question: “What differences in vocabulary can be observed between the left-leaning news outlet Mladina (mladina.si) and the Catholic weekly Družina (druzina.si)?“

Released in time for the third iteration of CLASSLA-Express on 24 June 2026 at HDPL 2026 in Pula, Croatia, the guide provides an accessible introduction to corpus-based language analysis for both new and experienced users.
