In the book "Love with a robot", philosopher and writer Marija Švajncer humorously, yet with bitter irony, exposes a future world in which artificial intelligence has become a daily companion of humans – even in love. The narrator, tired of human men, decides to have a relationship with a robot, which paints a satirical, sometimes grotesque portrait of a modern society in which relationships, emotions and morality are subject to technological logic. Through her recognizable stylistic playfulness, philosophical sharpness and subtle irony, the author reflects on the ethics of the future, loneliness, physicality and humanity at a time when man is losing touch with himself. Love with a Robot is a novel about the world we already live in – a world where the line between man and machine is becoming dangerously thin, and the question of love is more relevant than ever.
