The novel Flosarji takes us into the lives of people in Pohorje and along the Drava River, where raftsmen supported their families with hard work. The story focuses on a young man, Edmund, who is sent on a raft against his will by his father in order to sober up and get away from drinking. On the raft, he meets different men, each with his own destiny, wounds and dreams – Ivan, an experienced raftsman, Mirko, the raft leader, Janko in love and simple Davorin.
